The feast will be in 2 removes. The first remove will be Anglo/Saxon and the second Celtic/Irish.
Anglo/Saxon Remove
Rye Breads - Rigen Hlaf
Pear butter - Peru Syfling
Onion Relish - Cipena syfling
Pea soup with Ham - Pysona briw
Pork roast - Braide Eofor, prepared with fruit
Buttered beets - Gebuterode betan
Barley pilaf - Berenbriw
Pears in wine sauce - Peru on wine
Other appetizers will be on the table.
Celtic/Irish remove
This will be a yule celebration remove.

Special Considerations
A vegetarian option is possible with advanced warning of at least a week. The vegetarian option will be stuffed squash or stuffed potato. This option in addition to the other dishes offered should cover any vegetarians needs.Reservations
